Tierra Jones is the Founder, Principal Consultant, and Fundraiser of The Nonprofit Development Hub. Ms. Jones was an award winning Executive Director for over 10 years and found success in building community amongst nonprofit leaders. In 2013, Ms. Jones graduated with a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Development from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a private institution. Since then, Ms. Jones has worked with countless nonprofits throughout the Tria-State area. In 2020, Ms.Jones' passion for Philanthropy took her to the Pacific Northwest where she oversaw revenue plans of 2.1 million. 

 

Ms.Jones has secured over 2 million in fundraising revenue for education equity, financial literacy, mentoring programs, women empowerment and intellectual disability programs. She believes that all nonprofit leaders deserve access to the same resources to build sustaining organizations for generations to thrive. Ms.Jones started NDH to do just that. She has dedicated more than half of her life to community work and now to teaching others how to be the change that is needed in the world!
